The standard printing method used by PrintLab AI is DTG or Direct To Garment. We utilize the industry's highest-quality facilities and printers for high-resolution and vibrant final products.
You may create any design, but there will be some images we won’t print. We need to respect requests from intellectual property owners. We may reject designs that show protected intellectual property elements, even in parody cases. The same applies to images or names of real-life people entitled to a right to privacy.

No, we don’t keep any of the designs created by our customers.
Yes, you can, but additional costs exist for more than one print area. The cost can range from $2.50 for smaller prints to $5.00 for larger print areas.
We will ask you for a photo of the defective area for defective products. Contact us at info@printlab.ai and send us a picture. Our customer service team will provide a full refund or new order at no charge for defective products within 30 days of purchase.
